Preliminary housing plans were made for each new block. The new construction will mainly consist of 3- to 6-story buildings, with some 2-story terraced houses, apartment buildings, and combinations of these forms. The aim was to create a typologically more diverse area than a typical suburban residential neighborhood, also in terms of different functions, offering spaces for a local school, commercial and office spaces, as well as sports and cultural services. The plan was made Sami Vikström Architecture Oy.
