The study of infill building of Seminaarinmäki in Jyväskylä.
In a parallel commission commissioned by the City of Jyväskylä, the possibilities for infill construction in the historically and architecturally valuable university area were explored.

- The area was examined from the following perspectives:
-Entrance points to the area and their perception: transforming backyards into front yards.
-Identifying and strengthening the different character traits of sub-areas in the urban landscape: biotopes, functions, accessibility.
-The urban and social impacts of infill construction: 24-hour life in the area, mixing of different functions.
The work was carried out by Sami Vikström Architecture Ltd and Karin Krokfors Architecture Ltd.
