In a parallel commission given by the City of Jyväskylä, the possibilities of high-rise construction in the city center blocks were explored, taking into account the city's valuable characteristics.

- The design focuses on aspects such as the area's urban structure history and its layering, topography, lighting conditions, and landscape features. The study also examined the integration of living and working spaces (office and commercial areas), as well as their potential to enliven the street level. The study was designed by Sami Vikström Architecture Ltd and Karin Krokfors architects Ltd.
