The task was to explore the possibilities of adding new apartments to a property located in the heart of Helsinki, including the option of an additional floor that would blend with the urban landscape.

- The design renewed the spatial arrangements of the entire building's basements and floors. Additionally, the potential for infill construction in the inner courtyard and the layout of the courtyard were explored.
