In this joint venture of two clients, special attention was given to emphasizing positive social interaction in everyday life, the multifunctionality of shared spaces, and the spatial sustainability in housing: the connecting rooms located at the boundaries of the apartments can be transferred to the neighbor apartment if necessary, allowing the apartment sizes to be adjusted over the long term to meet potentially changing demand.
