- The fractal nature of the spatial organization is based on the idea of gradual transition from public to private outdoor spaces. The goal was to create a small housing area based on the principles of the sharing economy, combining the best aspects of urban and rural living. Timeless, systematic architecture with an appropriate degree of repetition and variation also ensures economic feasibility. The plan was designed by Sami Vikström Architecture Ltd.
