Huhtala housing area
The task was to create a master plan for the Huhtala area, located next to the city center, in a way that considers the area's history while also integrating it more closely with the surrounding routes and green network.

- The goal was to primarily develop the area for residential use: the planning focused on dense and low-rise residential buildings along the river, preserving the area's landscape and natural values. Apartment blocks were positioned near the main streets of the area. A regional daycare, located in a central spot, serves as a community hub, connecting the residents of the area.
