The proposal for a tower block won the invited architectural competition held in 2017 for the Kangas area in Jyväskylä.

- The design features a 14-story building designed for a central and significant location in the new district being developed around the old industrial area of Kangas. The strong materiality, simple exterior form, and the brick hues that change color every two floors, seamlessly integrate the tower into the historical layers of the old industrial site. The design was developed by Sami Vikström Architecture Ltd and Karin Krokfors Architects Ltd.
