Berliininpiha housing
The design is based on the proposal of a land allocation competition held in 2008. The solution offers more diverse housing solutions compared to a traditional apartment building, including apartments with workrooms and two-story penthouses.

- The proposal did not win the competition, but the jury suggested that the design be implemented on other plots in the area. The building is a two-wing, 5-8 story side corridor and slab building. In addition, the side corridor is connected to a stairwell with an elevator, as required by fire safety regulations for emergency exits.
