Helsingin Malta is the largest ever built co-housing project in Finland. The Malta project was managed by the residents instead of established developers and contractors. Every apartment is unique - tailor-made to residents’ wishes. The residents share facilities and enjoy extra common spaces such as a winter garden on top of the building. Architect’s role in achieving clients’ high-set goals was essential.
