The detailed planning of the Leijapuisto area in Ylöjärvi will be launched based on our winning proposal!
The city of Ylöjärvi will begin the work on amending the urban plan in cooperation with our office. The starting point for the planning is our proposal from the general ideas competition that was concluded a year ago. In it, the future Leijapuisto was envisioned as a large block with diverse house types and functions, where park-like, shared courtyards and common spaces serving the entire block provide good conditions for multi-generational and socially sustainable living.
