The challenge of the project is to increase the density of Otaniemi residential areas but at the same time foster the original “Forest Campus” spirit of Otaniemi. This is achieved by delicately adding newcomplementary buildings and small extensions and top floors to existing buildings.
Floating villas by the Otaranta beach, a new green park and a new watersports Centre with a marina enrich the seaside life of Otaniemi.
